More and more savvy network marketers are turning to the internet to find qualified prospects to join their businesses. And with the advent of places like YouTube you can really leverage the power of using a network marketing video to not only recruit new members to your team but for training purposes as well.

One of the biggest reasons ( and no, it's not really money) that people hesitate to join your opportunity is that they are afraid that they won't be able to do it. They are afraid that they will fail. What better way to show them that they can do it too, that it's really not that hard and that the days of hosting meetings in motels to get new members are over, than to show them how to do it with a video presentation?

Using the videos to not only recruit but to train can keep your attrition numbers low. Just think how much more positive of an outlook your team will have if their leader has taken them by the hand and provided them with a comprehensive tutorial explaining just how they too can make money with their network marketing business. It allows all of you to bond in a way that was previously mostly impossible.

To really capture this advantage you need to give your prospects, and your team, what they really want. An answer. That's all the opportunity seekers are really seeking, they just want something that will actually work. The vast majority of them have probably already tried several things before they even get to you and your video so they're pretty skeptical. What would happen if you could illustrate something about your company, your offer, or your marketing plan in real time, with them 'looking over your shoulder'?

My guess would be that that one tactic could greatly increase not only your sign ups but also the overall success of your whole team. The one biggest thing that has been lacking from network marketing opportunities for a long time is the training. Too much emphasis has been placed on the 'warm market' and not enough in the online world, use your videos to overcome that obstacle.

Make sure that when you record your videos you keep them fairly short, to the point and easy to understand. Don't mumble or talk too fast. Don't get too close to the microphone and don't cough or stumble over your words. I know that these things sound like a no brainer but I've been online for a long time and you'd be amazed at how many videos I've seen where the speaker did one or all of those things! I usually just gave up and stopped watching, which is exactly what you don't want to happen.

network marketing video can really help you get, and keep, more people in your downline and that's good for everyone involved.
